Practical

The event will take place on Saturday, November 25th from 17:00 – 03:00.

18+ ID required

You can pay with card or cash at the event location. Do check that you have a card that can make payments outside Europe.

You can get a locker after entering the event.

The event location is accessible to the disabled and wheelchairs. A special area will be created for this purpose at the stage. Do not hesitate to ask our staff for assistance if needed.

Verknipt & DOOM maintain a zero tolerance policy on drugs. It is forbidden to use, trade or possess any drugs at the event. When the organization spots or confirms any infringements, the offender can be handed over to the police. When the delinquent is being caught he/she will be transferred over to the police. 

You cannot smoke inside, but there are plenty of places outside where you can.

Please note: you are NOT allowed to bring your own cigarettes and lighter. These can be bought on location at the bar. Vapes, however, are allowed. 

There is a food area at the location, where you can get something to eat.

Allergens are currently still being checked with the providers. When there is more clarity, this page will be updated.

During this event, we will use both DOOM’s list of prohibited items and our own list of house rules. Please read the list below carefully before entering the location. Rules in other countries may differ from those you are used knowing from us. 

Prohibited items are: 

  • Hard, soft drugs (joints) & laughing gas
  • Chewing gum & lollipops
  • Weapons of any kind, objects that can be used in a similar way to a weapon or a dangerous projectile and do not obviously serve another, peaceful purpose (e.g. rucksack)
  • Medication if there is no medical document unequivocally confirming the need to carry and use them, irritant gas, pepper spray, animal repellent spray
  • Laser pointers, corrosive or highly flammable substances (e.g. spray deodorants, large perfume bottles & hairspray), fireworks, sparklers, pyrotechnic material, flares, smoke candles, Bengal fires or other pyrotechnic effects, poles or sticks, unless required in the case of mobility impairment, bulky items, unless specifically permitted by the event website
  • Weapons or objects that could be used as weapons, objects that could negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of visitors, aerosols, sprays, atomizers, fireworks, flares and transport vehicles.
  • Individual or uniform clothing or other objects intended to express opinions or advertising, unless previously expressly permitted by the organiser (in this case, the advertiser must provide the organiser’s written consent), advertising material of any kind, in particular flyers, unless previously expressly permitted by the organiser (in which case the advertiser must submit the organiser’s written consent)
  • Lighters and cigarettes (since they can be bought at location). 
  • Objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, polarizing or group-specific clothing. Commercial, political or religious items (unless they are typical articles of clothing of the respective religion) of any kind, including banners, signs, symbols and flyers, racist, xenophobic, left-wing and right-wing propaganda materials, especially those of parties or associations declared unconstitutional or otherwise banned, masks (e.g. balaclavas) that do not obviously serve costuming purposes and motorbike helmets, loose metal chains, which can be worn around the body for example (incorporated into clothing or accessories is allowed),
  • Electrical or other devices capable of emitting sounds, noise, music or odours that go beyond normal use (e.g. a mobile phone is permitted),
  • (Alcoholic) beverages and food of any kind, unless the visitor is dependent on them for health or medical reasons; the visitor must provide evidence of the exception.
  • Glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, plastic canisters, foldable water sacks and/or other drinking containers, sticks, umbrellas, grinders, walking sticks ((medical crutches and aids excepted), animals, loose metal chains, chairs, seats and seating (e.g. polystyrene cubes), drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles, animals of any kind or size, other objects that are suitable and usually intended to disrupt the orderly running/course of the event or cause damage.

How to get there

Location: Bogota, Colombia.

Plane

Aeropuerto Internacional El Dorado is the main airport in Colombia and is located 15 kilometers west of downtown Bogota.

 

Public transport from the airport

There are no metros and trams in Bogota, but there are TransMilenio (“fast”) buses that allow you to travel quickly to the city centre. It is not possible to buy separate tickets for the bus, you must be in possession of a Tullave card. This card for public transport in Bogota is compulsory for TransMilenio and most of SITP’s bus services. The Tullave card can be bought at the airport at the Tullave ticket desk close to Domestic Arrivals on the ground floor.

Travelling without luggage? Then you can also take a ‘Provisional’ minibus from the airport to the city centre. This does not require a Tullave card. However, these buses are often full. 

 

Taxi from the airport

Taxi ranks can be found in front of T1 International Arrivals, T1 Domestic Arrivals and Terminal 2, here you can get into one of the waiting official taxis. The airport’s official transport company is Taxi Imperial.

Public transport in Bogota

Public transport is a cheaper option than the yellow taxis or Ubers. There are no metros and trams in Bogota, but there are TransMilenio (fast) buses that allow you to travel quickly to the city centre. It is not possible to buy individual tickets for the bus, you must be in possession of a Tullave card. This card for public transport in Bogota is compulsory for TransMilenio and most SITP bus services. You can buy these bus tickets at bus stations in Bogota for 5,000 pesos. You can use this card for several people, as long as there is enough money on it. So be sure to put money on the card immediately as well. A single ticket for 1 person costs around 2,300 pesos, so you can calculate how much to put on it. Check in with the card at a ticket gate at the station. And squeeze into the bus, as they are often full.

Car & taxi

In Bogota, it is really not advisable to stop a taxi on the street, unless you are (with) a local. Unfortunately, stopping a taxi on the street is not safe enough, as you will not be registered. This greatly increases your chances of being robbed. Even during the day! We therefore recommend you either have your ho(s)tel order a taxi for you, or use the services Uber, DiDi or In Drive.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets via the ticketing partner of DOOM. If needed translate the page, to navigate through the buying process a bit better. Any questions regarding the ticket sales, can be asked to their ticketing partner.

I’m having trouble with my ticket

Unfortunately Verknipt is not arranging the tickets directly. DOOM is facilitating this matter. If your question can not be answered in our FAQ, you can ask DOOM’s ticketing partner directly.

Can I scan my ticket on my phone when entering the event?

Yes. Make sure to put the brightness of your phone on 100%.

Can I cancel my ticket?

It is not possible to cancel your tickets. Choose a reliable platform to resell your ticket, or sell your ticket to your friends!

We advise our European visitors to be mindful when buying a ticket, as there’s a chance you won’t be able to resell the ticket. Reselling tickets in Colombia is arranged differently.

PRÁCTICO

El evento tendrá lugar el sábado 25 de noviembre de 5 PM a 3 AM.

Puede pagar con tarjeta o en efectivo en el lugar del evento.

Puede obtener una taquilla al entrar.

El lugar del evento es accesible para discapacitados y sillas de ruedas. Se creará una zona especial para ello en el escenario. No dude en pedir ayuda a nuestro personal si la necesita.

Verknipt & DOOM mantienen una política de tolerancia cero en materia de drogas. Está prohibido consumir, comerciar o poseer cualquier tipo de droga en el evento. Cuando la organización detecte o confirme cualquier infracción, el infractor podrá ser entregado a la policía. Cuando el delincuente sea sorprendido, será entregado a la policía.

No se puede fumar en el interior, pero hay muchos lugares en el exterior donde sí se puede.

Nota: NO está permitido traer cigarrillos ni mecheros. Se pueden comprar en el bar. Sin embargo, los vaporizadores sí están permitidos.

Hay una zona de comida en el recinto, donde se puede comer algo.

En estos momentos se están comprobando los alérgenos con los proveedores. Cuando haya más información, se actualizará esta página.

Durante este evento, utilizaremos tanto la lista de objetos prohibidos de DOOM como nuestra propia lista de normas de la casa. Por favor, lee atentamente la siguiente lista antes de entrar en el lugar. Las normas de otros países pueden diferir de las que estás acostumbrado a conocer de nosotros. 

 

Los artículos prohibidos son: 

  • Drogas duras, drogas blandas (porros) y óxido nitroso Chicle y caramelos Armas de cualquier tipo, objetos que puedan ser utilizados de manera similar a un arma o un proyectil peligroso y que claramente no tengan otro propósito pacífico (por ejemplo, mochila) 
  • Encendedores y cigarrillos (ya que se pueden comprar en el lugar).
  • Medicamentos sin documentación médica que confirme inequívocamente la necesidad de llevarlos y usarlos, gas irritante, spray de pimienta, repelente de animales Punteros láser, sustancias corrosivas o altamente inflamables (por ejemplo, desodorantes en aerosol, botellas grandes de perfume y laca para el cabello), fuegos artificiales, bengalas, material pirotécnico, bengalas, bombas de humo, fuegos 
  • Bengala u otros efectos pirotécnicos, palos o bastones, a menos que se requieran por discapacidad de movilidad, artículos voluminosos, a menos que estén permitidos específicamente por el sitio web del evento. Armas u objetos que puedan usarse como armas, objetos que puedan afectar negativamente la seguridad, la salud o el bienestar de los visitantes, aerosoles, sprays, atomizadores, fuegos artificiales, bengalas y vehículos de transporte. 
  • Ropa individual o uniformes u otros objetos destinados a expresar opiniones o publicidad, a menos que estén previamente expresamente permitidos por el organizador (en este caso, el anunciante debe proporcionar el consentimiento por escrito del organizador), material publicitario de cualquier tipo, en particular volantes, a menos que estén previamente expresamente permitidos por el organizador (en cuyo caso el anunciante debe presentar el consentimiento por escrito del organizador). Objetos con textos y/o expresiones discriminatorias y/o provocativas, ropa polarizante o específica de grupos. 
  • Artículos comerciales, políticos o religiosos (a menos que sean artículos típicos de ropa de la religión respectiva), incluidas pancartas, letreros, símbolos y volantes, materiales propagandísticos de carácter racista, xenófobo, de izquierda o de derecha, en particular los de partidos o asociaciones declarados inconstitucionales o prohibidos por otros medios, máscaras (por ejemplo, pasamontañas) que claramente no tengan fines de disfraz y cascos de motocicleta, cadenas metálicas sueltas que se puedan llevar alrededor del cuerpo por ejemplo (se permite si están incorporadas en la ropa o accesorios) 
  • Dispositivos eléctricos u otros capaces de emitir sonidos, ruidos, música u olores que vayan más allá del uso normal (por ejemplo, un teléfono móvil está permitido) 
  • Bebidas (alcohólicas) y alimentos de cualquier tipo, a menos que el visitante dependa de ellos por razones de salud o médicas; el visitante debe proporcionar pruebas de la excepción. Vajilla de cristal, botellas (de plástico), latas, bidones de plástico, bolsas de agua plegables y/u otros recipientes para beber, palos, paraguas, trituradoras, bastones (excepto muletas y ayudas médicas), animales, cadenas metálicas sueltas, sillas, asientos y bancos (por ejemplo, cubos de poliestireno), drones y otros vehículos aéreos no tripulados, animales de cualquier tipo o tamaño, otros objetos que sean adecuados y estén destinados normalmente a interrumpir el desarrollo ordenado del evento o causar daños.

Localización: Bogotá, Colombia.

Avión

El Aeropuerto Internacional El Dorado es el principal aeropuerto de Colombia y está situado a 15 kilómetros al oeste del centro de Bogotá.

 

Transporte público desde el aeropuerto

En Bogotá no hay metros ni tranvías, pero hay autobuses TransMilenio (“rápidos”) que permiten viajar rápidamente al centro de la ciudad. No es posible comprar billetes separados para el autobús, debe estar en posesión de una tarjeta Tullave. Esta tarjeta para el transporte público en Bogotá es obligatoria para TransMilenio y la mayoría de los servicios de autobús del SITP. La tarjeta Tullave puede adquirirse en el aeropuerto, en el mostrador Tullave situado cerca de la zona de llegadas nacionales, en la planta baja.

¿Viaja sin equipaje? Entonces también puede tomar un minibús “provisional” desde el aeropuerto hasta el centro de la ciudad. Para ello no necesita la tarjeta Tullave. Sin embargo, estos autobuses suelen estar llenos. 

 

Taxi desde el aeropuerto

Las paradas de taxi se encuentran frente a la T1 Llegadas Internacionales, la T1 Llegadas Nacionales y la Terminal 2, donde podrá subirse a uno de los taxis oficiales que le esperan. La compañía de transporte oficial del aeropuerto es Taxi Imperial.

Transporte público en Bogotá

El transporte público es una opción más barata que los taxis amarillos o los Uber. En Bogotá no hay metros ni tranvías, pero hay autobuses TransMilenio (rápidos) que permiten desplazarse rápidamente al centro de la ciudad. No es posible comprar billetes individuales para el autobús, hay que estar en posesión de una tarjeta Tullave. Esta tarjeta para el transporte público en Bogotá es obligatoria para TransMilenio y la mayoría de los servicios de autobús del SITP. Puede comprar estos billetes de autobús en las estaciones de autobuses de Bogotá por 5.000 pesos. Puedes utilizar esta tarjeta para varias personas, siempre que haya suficiente dinero en ella. Así que asegúrese también de poner dinero en la tarjeta inmediatamente. Un billete sencillo para una persona cuesta alrededor de 2.300 pesos, así que puedes calcular cuánto poner en ella. Regístrese con la tarjeta en la taquilla de la estación. Y apriétese para entrar en el autobús, ya que suelen ir llenos.

Coche y taxi

En Bogotá, no es aconsejable parar un taxi en la calle, a menos que se trate de un ciudadano local. Desafortunadamente, parar un taxi en la calle no es lo suficientemente seguro, ya que no estará registrado. Esto aumenta enormemente las posibilidades de que te roben. Incluso durante el día. Por lo tanto, te recomendamos que pidas un taxi a tu(s) ho(s)tel o que utilices los servicios Uber, DiDi o In Drive.

ENTRADAS

¿Dónde puedo comprar entradas?

¿Puedo escanear mi entrada con el teléfono?

¿Puedo anular mi entrada?

No es posible anular sus entradas. Elija una plataforma fiable para revender su entrada o véndala a sus amigos.
