Until what time can I enter the event?
The doors are open until 03:00. If you arrive later, we are permitted to refuse entry. Please be on time!
All Verknipt events are 18+. Make sure to bring your ID!
I’m bringing only a coat:
It is NOT allowed to bring a bag larger than an A4 size into the Ziggo Dome venue. Handbags that fit within A4 size and are less than 10 cm thick are an exception to this rule. We recommend leaving your bags at home.
Should you unexpectedly bring a larger baggage item, then you can leave your items at the lockers outside the Ziggo Dome prior to the entrance (please note: no re-entry is possible). These lockers open one hour before show and close one hour after show, so be on time with getting your stuff out of there.

Prefer to pay with cash? You can do so using the Ziggo Dome Wallet. The Ziggo Dome Wallet is available at our service desks. At these desks, you can load credit onto your Ziggo Dome Wallet with cash.
Please note: The Ziggo Dome Wallet is not used at our merchandise stands. If you wish to pay in cash at these stands, you can do so without using the Ziggo Dome Wallet.
Verknipt maintains a zero tolerance policy on drugs. It is forbidden to use, trade or posses any drugs at the event. When the organization spots or confirms any infringements, the offender can be handed over to the police. When the delinquent is being caught he/she will be transferred over to the police. Before entering the event you will be able to deposit drugs in the designated drug bins without being charged with any consequences.
The event location is accessible to the disabled and wheelchairs. Do not hesitate to ask our staff for assistance if needed.
The event location has a dedicated food court where you can find vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free options as well. You can pay these by bankcard. Keep in mind that bringing your own food items to the venue is not possible.
There is an outdoor designated smoking area at the location. Smoking inside the venue is prohibited.

Can I bring my own food & drinks?
You are not allowed to bring food & beverages to the events of Verknipt. Which means lollipops and chewing gums are not allowed either. But, we will make sure that lollipops can be purchased at the events.
Can I bring medication?
With an official doctor’s note it is permitted to bring your medication to the event.

Ziggo Dome

If you’re driving to Ziggo Dome, you can park at one of the nearby parking garages: P1, P2, P3, or P4, which are all within walking distance of the venue. P1 (Parking Amsterdamse Poort) is the closest, located directly next to Ziggo Dome. It’s recommended to reserve your parking spot in advance, especially during events.
There is a dedicated parking area at the event. Price is 20 EUR per car.

No shuttle busses or other organized transport. The venue is easily accessible by public transport (Bijlmer ArenA).
To reach Ziggo Dome, you can take a train to Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena station, which is a short walk away. Several bus lines, including buses 44, 47, and 49, also stop near the arena at Bijlmer Arena. Alternatively, you can take metro line 54 to the same station for easy access to Ziggo Dome.
To reach the Ziggo Dome by bike, head towards the Amsterdam Zuid-Oost district. From the city center, follow signs towards “Bijlmer Arena” or “ArenAPoort.” There are dedicated bike lanes, and the Ziggo Dome is located close to the Johan Cruijff Arena. You can park your bike in the free, secured bike parking at the ArenA Boulevard, just a short walk from the venue.
To get to the Ziggo Dome by taxi, ask the driver to take you to the venue, located in the Amsterdam Zuid-Oost district near the Johan Cruijff Arena. The taxi drop-off and pick-up point is at the main entrance of the Ziggo Dome, located on De Passage. After the event, taxis typically line up along this street, so you can easily get picked up in front of the venue.
Touringcars are not allowed to be parked in the entire area around the Ziggo Dome.
Buses hired privately to bring and collect groups of visitors to the event at the Ziggo Dome have the option of parking at P-Bus. It is approximately a 5-10 minute walk from P-Bus to the venue.
It is necessary to make a reservation for the bus in advance, as P-Bus does not have fixed opening hours. For more information and reservations, please contact the City of Amsterdam’s ticketing partner: Online Ticket via [email protected].

Where can I buy tickets?
The pre-sale for Verknipt Ziggo Dome has started. If you signed up for the pre-sale, you received an email with a ticket link.
What are the differences between the ticket tiers?
There is no difference between the regular entrance tickets. We work in tiers. Early ticket buyers have more advantage regarding buying a ticket with a discount. The later you will buy your ticket, the more expensive it will be.

The event is sold out, how can I get a ticket?
Unfortunately if the event is sold out, it is not possible to purchase tickets through Weeztix our ticketing platform.

Can I cancel / refund my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. It is not possible to cancel your tickets.
The event has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, what happens now?
If the event gets cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the ticket buyers and inform them on the follow-up steps, please wait patiently for this.
Luckily, this almost never happens.
What are ‘sealed tickets’ and why can’t I download the tickets?
Verknipt switched to a new and safer kind of tickets: sealed tickets. These tickets can only be viewed and downloaded shortly before the event. When it’s time to download your tickets, you will get a notification by email from Weeztix (our ticket provider). If you’ve purchased tickets for a group of people, you’ll be able to assign the tickets or send them to your friends once they are available for download.
Why does Verknipt have ‘sealed tickets’?
Verknipt uses these sealed tickets because the ticket sale will be fairer. By using these tickets, it makes it impossible for scammers to resell their tickets through unofficial third parties/secondary markets.

As you can read above, we only work with sealed tickets. This means that our tickets are only sent out shortly before the event (usually one day before), which prevents a lot of scammers. But still it sometimes happens that one of our visitors gets scammed, because the tickets for our events are so wanted. We find this very inconvenient and we would like to warn you for this!
Ways people unfortunately still get scammed:
– A PDF ticket is being sold. That’s not even possible, because our tickets are sealed. The PDF or it’s barcode are probably fake.
– A “private” sale is being done, where you have to pay extra before you can see your ticket. But you never receive the ticket, or they send you a fake one.
– The ticket buying page of the resale platform is counterfeited, causing you to make a payment on a website that is not secure (does not exist), or a payment link that is not linked to that website. You never receive the ticket, or they send you a fake one.
Watch out, and beat the scammers!
