House rules Verknipt Festival 

DURING VISITING VERKNIPT FESTIVAL, VISITORS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:

  • The minimum age to visit our events is 18 years. 
  • At all times visitors have to be able to show a valid ID if asked. Before entrance showing your ID is necessary.
  • Visitors have to be in possession of a valid entrance ticket
  • The possession or dealing of (soft & hard) drugs is prohibited at Verknipt. If there is any evidence of overt use and/or possession, confiscation of the drugs will follow and/or the offender and the drugs will be handed over to the police.
  • Entrance staff will search visitors preemptively and check their bags to ensure the safety of other visitors. 
  • Possession of glass, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, drugs, (fire) arms and/or other dangerous or prohibited items or substances, food, (alcoholic) drinks and/or pets are not allowed
  • Visitors always enter the festival at their own risk. Verknipt will take no responsibility for any damages on any grounds whatsoever, which directly or indirectly arise out of acts of Verknipt, persons in its service, other persons who are working at the festival, or third parties during or in connection with the stay at the festival. Unless the damage is caused by intent.
  • Visitors are advised to wear earplugs, they are available on the festival premises at our Merchandise stand. 
  • We admire all sorts of dress up styles, but wearing a football shirt and/or discriminatory clothing is not allowed at the Festival premises.
  • The organization reserves the right to refuse / deny (further) access to visitors in a drunken state and/or under the influence of narcotics.
  • Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas.
  • It is not allowed to urinate outside of the designated restrooms.
  • Verknipt will not tolerate threats, abuse, discrimination, sexual harassment and other nuisance and/or offensive behaviour
  • It is not allowed to hand out promotional materials (samples / flyers, etc.) without written permission from management, communicated before the event.
  • It is not allowed to make professional audio or video recordings without written permission from management, communicated before the event.
  • When entering and leaving visitors show respect to the staff members and the neighborhood and shall not cause nuisance.
  • Glasses / cups are not allowed to be taken outside the festival area, we love our neighbors!
  • Bought tokens for consumptions can not be refunded for money.
  • Visitors are held to follow instructions, regulations and/or directions of (security) staff at all times.
  • Access to the festival grounds will be denied to visitors who do not comply with these house rules and the Terms and Conditions. Without the right to reimbursement of tickets, any service charges and/or other costs.
  • The event can be changed, moved or cancelled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions Visitors.
