Can I bring lollipops and chewing gum to the event?
Chewing gum isn’t allowed at our indoor events, because it damages the venue. Please, respect the venue where the event is held! If you want to bring something that provides fresh breath, you may bring a sealed pack of breath mints to the event. Dextro is also allowed.Â
You are not allowed to bring food & beverages to the events of Verknipt. Which means lollipops are not allowed either. But, we will make sure that lollipops can be purchased at the events.Â
The indoor event will take place on February 4th from 12:00 to 23:00.
Until what time can I enter the event?Â
The doors are open until 20:00. If you arrive later, we are permitted to refuse entry. Please be on time!Â
All Verknipt events are 18+. Make sure to bring your ID!
We work with a deposit system on all cups during this event. At the entrance, our visitors receive a free recycle token which they can use at the bar when ordering drinks. All empty cups can be returned to the bar for a new drink or recycle token. By doing this, we make sure that all materials are collected and sorted in the right container. After the event, each material is recycled. This way of recycling is very easy, with much love for nature and a perfect way to reduce our waste!
How does it work?
Verknipt maintains a zero tolerance policy on drugs. It is forbidden to use, trade or posses any drugs at the event. When the organization spots or confirms any infringements, the offender can be handed over to the police. When the delinquent is being caught he/she will be transferred over to the police. Before entering the event you will be able to deposit drugs in the designated drug bins without being charged with any consequences.Â
There is free parking on the terrain of Taets. When driving towards the venue, please keep a look out for signage. Address: Middenweg 62, Zaandam.
There will be shuttle buses pendeling from Zaandam Central Station to the Taets venue during the whole event, starting from 11:30. The last bus back will leave when everyone has left the venue. The travelling time will be approximately 5-10 minutes.

Travelling from Amsterdam Central Station
You can take the sprinter (To Alkmaar – To Uitgeest) from Amsterdam Central Station to Station Zaandam. This traveling time takes 13 minutes maximum. Continue your trip to Taets by taking the shuttle bus from Zaandam Central Station.

Travelling from Amsterdam Sloterdijk
There are no shuttle buses directly from Amsterdam Sloterdijk to the festival premises.Â
You can take the sprinter (To Alkmaar – To Uitgeest) to Station Zaandam. Traveling time takes 7 minutes maximum. Continue your trip to Taets by taking the shuttle bus from Zaandam Central Station.
Navigate to: Cornelis Ouwejanstraat 1.Â
Let the driver navigate to: Cornelis Ouwejanstraat 1. In the evening there will be taxis available at the same location.
There are bicycle racks available near the location. These can be found if you cycle to: Taets Art and Event Park (Middenweg 62, Zaandam). When you are near the location, you will automatically see the signs that will point you to the bike parking area.Â
In case you are travelling by touring car, please keep in mind that it is mandatory for the touring car organization to apply online beforehand. If you do not register the touring car, we must unfortunately refuse access. So please sign in!Â
For the touring car agency:
Touring cars can temporarily drop off visitors at the location: Cornelis Ouwejanstraat 1. It is not possible to park the touring car here. The instructions of the traffic controllers must be followed at all times. Preliminary to the end of the event, touring cars can drive back to the drop-off location: Cornelis Ouwejanstraat 1, to pick up visitors.Â

Why does Verknipt have ‘sealed tickets’?
Verknipt uses these sealed tickets because the ticket sale will be fairer. By using these tickets, it makes it impossible for scammers to resell their tickets through unofficial third parties/secondary markets. Tickets can only be sold through our verified partner ‘TicketSwap’ by Secure Swap. Through Secure Swap they exchange the ticket for a brand new one, so the buyer has a 100% chance to get into the event with the ticket. Also, it is not possible for sellers to ask more than 120% of the price through TicketSwap, so the ticket will always be sold for a fair price.
Is it possible to resell my ‘sealed tickets’?
If you decide to sell your ticket, it is only possible to do so through our verified partner ‘TicketSwap’. You need your confirmation email to view your order. At the bottom of your order you will find a blue button, click the button to resell the tickets on TicketSwap. Only this way you can resell your tickets. If you are planning to travel to the event locations by bike, you can navigate your way to Moermanskkade 107. Park your bicycle in our temporary bike stands. From there it will be a 1 – 2 min walk to the venue.Â
Note: This is a temporary bike parking, on Monday the 24th of October all bikes that are left behind will be removed.Â
