Because we begin processing your order quickly, we cannot make changes after confirmation. 

Is it possible to cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel your order. After payment your order will be automatically processed. You can return your order after delivery.

Conditions of return:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return all items within 14 days of receival. All extra costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility. Verknipt stimulates conscious online shopping and therefore discourages free returns.

Price or returning

The price of returning your parcel depends on the local post office of your choice. Purchase consciously.

Returns via a pickup point:

You can return your items by taking your package to a Postnl pickup point. 

Because we care a lot about the environment and focus strongly on sustainability, we are unable to pay the return costs. Once you have requested the return, we will send you an email with shipping instructions. Follow the instructions and drop off your return at your chosen pickup point from the carrier we have provided.

• The return of an item must be made within the specified period. 
• Purchase: you have 14 days starting from the shipping date of your order.
• Items must be in their original condition.
• Return form must be included in the return parcel.

Refund of a return:

If you return a purchase, you will receive a refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed. If more than 14 days have passed after the confirmation e-mail, please get in touch.
