Where do we ship? 

We ship everywhere in the Netherlands. We also offer shipping outside of the Netherlands within Europe via PostNL.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has shipped. In the shipping confirmation you will also find a link to track your order. 

How long is the delivery time?
With PostNL the delivery time will be approximately 2-3 work days for orders within the Netherlands. When ordering through the webshop the approximate delivery time will be noted. Also in your confirmation e-mail.

How long is the delivery time (international orders)?

The delivery time will be noted in the confirmation e-mail. Depending on which country you are ordering from. Please keep in mind that international orders take longer to process.

Who will deliver my package?

Your order will be delivered by PostNL.

Which shipping methods?

Shipping methods may vary depending on the delivery address, the time the order was placed and the availability of items. When processing your order, we will show you the available shipping methods, cost and expected delivery date of your order. Please note that delivery is made on weekdays only.

Lost your package?

My order is registered as delivered, but I haven’t received anything, what can I do?

If you have not received your order, but it is indicated as delivered, we encourage you to contact your carrier first for your lost package. Whenever this is not working, please contact [email protected]. 

Availability of items

There are only a limited number of pieces available. We anticipate that they will sell out quickly, so you’ll need to act fast if you want to secure your favorite pieces!
